For H é x i é online purchase we reserve a 3 day dispatch timeframe, in peak times dispatch times can be extended.
We are currently shipping on alternate days in order to practice social distancing & most importantly, conscious freight logistics. Freight & custom delays experienced with courier services are outside of our control & freight costs are unable to be refunded.
Your designs will arrive in a cardboard box to help ensure that your item is not damaged in transit.
Should you discover that there is an issue with your delivery please notify us immediately before opening your parcel

Australian Orders
H é x i é happily offers free shipping on purchases over a certain value.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post with complimentary standard shipping.
Express Shipping is available however is required to be covered by the customer.

Missing or Late Orders
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we work closely with our shipping partners, delays caused by freight carriers, customs processing, weather events, peak periods, or other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally occur.
H é x i é is unable to accept responsibility for shipping delays once an order has been collected by the carrier. We kindly encourage customers to allow additional time for delivery during busy periods and to monitor tracking information provided.
If your order appears delayed, missing, or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will happily assist in lodging an investigation with the relevant shipping provider.

International orders can incur additional duty & taxes.
These are not covered by H é x i é & upon return of goods are not refunded should any additional charges be required to be paid.

If your design is returned shipping costs are unable to be refunded.
Should you wish to exchange your size or colour the cost of freight is required to be covered by you, the customer.
Should you item be returned to us due to unclaimed or rejected delivery shipping costs are deducted from your refund

Deliveries & Unclaimed / Rejected
We are unable to take responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied at the time of order.
If a parcel is returned to us due to being unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the following costs
Any return-to-sender fees charged by the carrier
Any re-shipping costs to resend the parcel
Original shipping fees if applicable
Restocking Fee of 20%
Any delivery issues must be raised to us immediately and within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist promptly with the nominated freight carriers.
