As a small designer brand priding ourselves on exceptional, kind service
under no circumstances do we accept any aggressive or threatening correspondence of any kind.
We recommend not purchasing your design too far out from your event as to avoid inability to return or exchange, despite being unworn. This also includes any unforeseen changes to sizing.
Sadly delayed transit freight times are outside of our control. Shipping timeframes are not included within your 14 days return.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES (Full priced) 14 days
If 14 days have lapsed since receiving your purchase, a refund or exchange is unavailable, even if the item is un worn.
To keep your delicate design in pristine condition, it is upmost important they're handled with care. To avoid marks or damage to delicate fabrics we highly recommend trying on without makeup, tanning products, moisturiser & using a change scarf.
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange your design must be the same item & returned in the same condition as received.
Every design is thoroughly quality checked & documented with photography before shipping & creations are throughly inspected upon return.
Refunds or exchanges are NOT available for designs returned damaged & not in their original condition. (Includes stains & fabric pulls)
Return & exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer.
TAXES & DUTY
Additional taxes will apply on arrival for most international orders. Amounts will vary depending on the total value & location. All taxes & duties charges are covered by the customer. We highly recommend reviewing these in your country before purchase.

Include return details on the outside of the box, note your order number & mark clearly as a return.
Should your item be returned to us due to unclaimed or rejected delivery, shipping costs are deducted from your refund.
We recommend shipping in the original packaging for safety along with appropriate cover & tracking.
A refund or exchange is unavailable should the design be damaged or lost by your nominated carrier.

Your design is thoroughly quality checked prior to sending & documented with photographs to ensure it reflects our high standards.
Should you receive an item that is not reflective of our high quality standards please notify us before trying on at hexie.enquiry@gmail.com.
Please include imagery so we may resolve swiftly.
Pulls & stains that occur whilst trying on or handling are not reflect a fabric or manufacturing flaw.
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange should this be the reason for the damage.
Once your design is received & inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your exchange or exchange will be processed including any shipping costs (receipt must be provided), refunds will be applied to your original payment method or closest to.

We respectfully may decline an exchange or refund if the item is found to have been damaged in trying on or handling & not defective at the time of sending.
Should you have an item which has been loved & cared for for some time however feel that there may be a manufacturing issue please email us to see if we can help resolve for you.
We happily exchange, refund or repair a design if found to have a manufacturing issue, which is required to be sent back for review.
This must be within a reasonable timeframe (applies to sale & full price)

Should you require to try on designs in order to confirm, these are purchased as per normal with our returns & exchange policy in place.
